An Upside-Down Container Is The Secret To Storing Cupcakes Overnight

Storing cupcakes in an airtight container will preserve their texture, but it’s crucial to handle them delicately to prevent messing up their pristine frosting.

To avoid a frosting fiasco, turn the container upside down. Instead of buying a cake cover, which features a domed lid, you can use an airtight container lid-side down instead.

To use this upside-down approach, place the cupcakes on the container's lid, then carefully lower the container into place before securing it.
