To enhance your garlic bread's flavor, swap the typical mozzarella for creamy Brie cheese, whose mushroomy and buttery profile will boost the butter and garlic.
Already quite soft by design, it melts super easily when heated. This, combined with the rich flavor of the cheese itself, will accentuate the other ingredients.
Simply chop up the cheese into cubes or strips and lay them over the bread or bake the Brie separately and scoop it up with your garlic bread like a dip.
Alternatively, you could opt for cross-hatching a whole loaf of bread and slipping pieces of Brie into the slits. Whichever option you choose, Brie will upgrade your garlic bread.
