Best: French Vodka

Kirkland Signature French Vodka comes in a 1.75-liter bottle and costs $20 to $25. Reviewers love its smooth mouthfeel and hints of vanilla, citrus, and pepper.

Best: Blanton's Bourbon

Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon is a rare liquor that costs just $60 at Costco. The rich, creamy bourbon has notes of vanilla, nutmeg, citrus, and cinnamon.

Best: Speyside Sherry

Costco is the biggest Scotch whisky retailer in North America, and the Kirkland Signature Speyside Single Malt Scotch Sherry Cask Finish gets great reviews.
The blend is finished in Oloroso sherry casks, which gives it hints of dried fruit that meld beautifully with notes of nuts and spice. It’s a solid, very drinkable Scotch whisky.

Worst: Original Spiced Rum

The Kirkland Signature Original Spiced Rum costs about $13 for a 1.75-liter bottle, but consumers say it tastes like burnt pork, coal, and bad moonshine.

Best: London Dry Gin

1.75 liters of Kirkland Signature London Dry Gin retails for about $17, and most agree that the quality and flavor is comparable to many big-name gin brands.
The drink has notes of citrus, herbs, and floral components. It works well in mixed drinks like gin and tonics and can hold its own in a negroni.
