4. Pasta e Fagioli
The pasta e fagioli appears appetizing enough but unfortunately, this visual feast with white and red kidney beans doesn't quite deliver in the flavor department.

Flavor-wise, there's not much going on here because the beans, shreds of carrot, and the diced tomatoes, blend in a swirl of underseasoned, texturally bland chunks.

The foundational flavor of Olive Garden's minestrone comes from its light, fresh-tasting tomato broth and there’s plenty of good stuff to look at here.
