Here's How Long Bratwursts Take To Cook In The Air Fryer

When cooking bratwurst in the air fryer, your process will vary slightly depending on the iteration you're working with: uncooked, cured or smoked (which are cooked), or frozen.
Cook an average-sized bratwurst at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. A cured brat should take about eight minutes, while uncooked will require around 10 to 12 minutes.
If they're frozen, add about three minutes (closer to 12 to 15 minutes in total). To ensure an exterior that's evenly crispy on all sides, gently flip them halfway using tongs.
The air fryer gives bratwursts a perfectly crispy outside while also helping seal in their flavorful juices. This method also helps minimize the mess and saves time.
