Among the less-expensive cuts on Texas Roadhouse's menu, the option that strikes the right balance of affordability and quality is the New York Strip.
The New York strip starts at $15.99. While it's a leaner cut, it actually outdid the fattier, more expensive ribeye on Chowhound's ranking, although it wasn't quite as juicy.
Other rankings also place the New York strip above the cheaper sirloin, noting that it's juicy but a little light on flavor. That said, the sirloin still gets decent reviews.
