Grapes on a vine.
Here's When You Can Expect Cotton Candy Grapes To Hit Stores

Compared to usual green grapes, the firm yet juicy cotton candy grapes are sweeter and bring to mind the sugary, pillowy light taste and fine creamy vanilla notes of cotton candy.
While the peak season for cotton candy grapes technically spans from August through September, they’re frequently available starting in mid-July — and sometimes even earlier.
They have a cult following at stores like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods but can also be found at grocery chains like Costco, Walmart, and Kroger, and in discount stores like Aldi.
While late summer is the fruit’s peak season, like any other seasonal fruit, environmental factors can make that date vary, and you may only have a short window to buy them.
Although brands like The Grapery pop up in the springtime, keep an eye out for grocery stores’ social media posts announcing the grapes’ arrival, to avoid missing out.
