A Grain?

If you're shopping for couscous in the supermarket, you'll find it alongside products like oats, rice, and barley. However, couscous is technically not really a grain like these products.

Couscous, on the other hand, is produced using flour and water, resembling a flour-based product such as pasta rather than a grain.
