Roast Garlic In A Fraction Of The Time Using An Air Fryer

NEWS

Roasting garlic adds a rich, robust flavor to dishes. It would typically take upwards of 40 minutes in a conventional oven, but the air fryer can knock it out in as little as 15.
An air fryer slashes garlic's roasting time due to the fact that air is only circulated from top to bottom (typically). It also cooks food faster thanks to its small size.
Cut the head of the garlic and gently remove the outer layers of skin. Drizzle it with olive oil, season it, wrap it in tin foil, and put it in an air fryer at 400 degrees F.
In around 15 minutes, carefully unwrap the foil, the softened garlic should be ready to be squeezed onto crunchy garlic bread, or stirred into pasta.
