Say Goodbye To Burrito Bowls And Welcome In Cornbread Bowls

Burrito bowls are now being usurped by the new comfort food in town: the cornbread bowl. These delicious bowls are super easy to make, especially if you use a boxed mix.
If you do opt for boxed cornbread mix, try adding ingredients like eggs, milk, sour cream, spicy peppers, and honey or maple syrup. Then, pour the mix into a round cake or pie pan.
Bake it until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. For more flavor, brush some melted honey, maple syrup butter, or compound butter on top of the hot cornbread.
Once it cools off, cut a round hole in the center with a knife’s tip or a flat spatula. Cut all the way down to the pan’s bottom and pull the "cornbread hole" out of the center.
Finally, stuff your cornbread bowl with all the hot and savory foods you usually eat to warm up when the weather turns crisp. Or, add some sweet toppings to turn it into a dessert.
