Your air fryer is the best tool for reheating leftover pizza, no matter how long it's been in the fridge. The gadget is fast and ensures a crispy crust when paired with some water.
To start, preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F and arrange your slices, leaving plenty of space in between. If you're reheating an entire pizza, you'll need to work in batches.
Then, add a teaspoon or two of water to the air fryer basket to ensure your slices don't get dried out. Lastly, let your air fryer do its thing for a mere three to four minutes.
The steam from the water will keep the bready crust from becoming tough or overly chewy, while the hot air rapidly circulating around the air fryer basket will crisp it up.
