What Makes Chuck Steak A Perfect Cut For Grilling

The chuck steak, also called a center cut chuck steak, is easy to grill up, has a fantastic, beefy flavor, and a low price tag, making it an absolute star of the grill.
This is not to be confused with the general term "chuck steak," which can refer to the entire chuck portion of the cow. A center cut chuck steak is a specific, smaller cut.
A center cut chuck steak is more apt for grilling, and has a beefy taste that might just rival the much more expensive ribeye cut. However, it still needs to be treated with care.
Unlike ribeye, chuck steak has more connective tissue, making it less naturally tender, so it benefits from marinating to enhance flavor and soften its texture before cooking.
