Clara has spent the last five years in many corners of the food industry. From working in kitchens and warehouses to performing food recovery, managing farmers' markets and coordinating operations for national wholesalers, Clara's variety of experience gives her a well-rounded perspective on food and culture. She is currently writing features for Chowhound and fundraising for food justice projects in the LA area.

Education

Clara holds a B.A. in environmental analysis from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. Her education focused on issues of environmental justice, green design, and grassroots movements.
