Natalie is a freelance writer based in Ukraine. Though she gained her master's in education, she has wanted to be a writer ever since she was a teenager. In 2010, Natalie committed to this by becoming a freelance writer for businesses and publications. She launched her first food blog (which later became The Fryer's Guide) in 2015. Driven by her passion for fried food and fresh, juicy veggies that go so well with it, she practices organic gardening and runs a website where she talks about frying and the wonderful equipment that aids in it.
