Experience

Robyn was the quintessential English major, and for over a decade, she put her language skills to practical use as a teacher of adult EFL students in Asia. In 2020, she started writing professionally for online blogs, adding content to a skillset previously focused on EFL instructional materials and short fiction. Back in the U.S., she was in charge of Cozymeal Magazine, a digital food and lifestyle publication. She is now an editor for Chowhound news and a Chowhound features writer, frequently covering food and beverage reviews. She is also an occasional contributor to Tasting Table News.

Education

Robyn earned a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in creative writing from the University of North Texas and a master's degree in teaching English as a foreign language from Western Carolina University.
